It’s bad news for students of Brunel University London – a recent study has found that out of 100 surveyed University’s, that Brunel ranks 97th for student experience. Statistics from a University Compare table has ranked 100 University’s in the United Kingdom for their student experience, using a range of criteria. It wasn’t the best of results for Brunel, who placed 97th. It appears that the student experience at Brunel is lacking – what a shame!
This position will come as a disappointment for Brunel students. Brunel ranked lowly in numerous factors, which has led to this finish. Perhaps the high living costs at the University is a contributing factor to this position in the league table. But hey, overall, it’s just a table – we’ll save our best for the academic league tables!
In terms of the overall standings, Newcastle University finished in first, with Nottingham Trent University in second. Loughborough University completed the podium positions. Other finishers in the top ten included the University of Leeds, University of Liverpool and Aston University among others. The table took into account 100 UK institutions. Falmouth University finished bottom of the table – so it could’ve been worse for Brunel! It should be reminded that this is based on student experience – academic league tables are available here – and let’s face it, this is what matters more!
