As the dust appears to slowly be settling over the recent furore at the University of Bath, we take a look at the best social media reactions to an event which has been dubbed ‘Glexit’. A row had been brewing regarding the University’s vice-chancellor Glynis Breakwell being paid a whopping £468,000 per year. She announced her resignation amid considerable media scrutiny. Since then, there have been further protests however, based around her retirement arrangements – including how she will retain her salary until February 2019.
