In some good news for students at the University of Liverpool, the University has announced that during the upcoming exam period, students will be able to access the Sports Centre for free. With the exam period the most stressful time of the year, the opportunity to unwind like this is a positive thought. Students can access the Sport Centre’s fitness suite, squash courts, sports halls and even the swimming pool. This will be for two weeks between Monday 15th January and Friday 26th January.
University of Liverpool students will be able to access the sports centre for free between 7am and 11am, along with 2pm to 4pm during weekdays. Getting even better – on weekends you will be able to access the sports centre all day. Students are able to purchase membership, however free access is expected to be very popular.
You can see additional information on Sport Liverpool’s website, available at this link. So how does this offer work, and is there anything you need to do prior to arriving?

Well, you have to sign up before you appear at the sports centre. You can reach the sign up form via this link. The only other important information is that you will need to sign a health disclaimer upon your first visit, which will need to be signed at the Reception of the Sports Centre. Finally, you’ll need to bring your University of Liverpool student card every time you visit the Sports Centre for identification purposes. Enjoy, and good luck in your exams!
