Durham University is a University located in Durham, England. The University was established in 1832. Since then it has become a world-leading University. There are approximately 18,000 students at the University, including a 5,000-strong contingent of postgraduate students. The motto of the University translates into English as ‘Her foundations are upon the Holy hills’. The University is well-known for its picturesque views, including Durham Cathedral. Overall, this is a very strong University.
